Security matters a great deal to us – you can read about our detailed approach in our Terms of Service and Privacy policies.
In particular,
– we don’t store your credit card number, can’t access it, and nor can anyone else from our platform. We use a third-party service called Fidel API and as soon as you link your card through the secure iFrame, Fidel encrypts your details with bank-level security encryption. That encryption — or tokenization — replaces your card details with a token ID to communicate with Visa, Mastercard, or Amex;
– we never see all your transactions – we only see transactions that where we receive a commission or rebate. Regardless of whether that is on our card-linked platform, chrome extension, or gift card site;
– if an employer signs up with Dyme, they never receive details of employee-qualified transactions or employee-level Dyme Dividends. They solely receive an aggregate report of Dyme Dividends earned by all qualified transactions linked to their employer account.
