Can You Use a Restaurant Gift Card on DoorDash?

No. DoorDash only accepts DoorDash gift cards. A Chipotle, Starbucks, or Panera card won't apply to a DoorDash order, even when you're ordering from that exact restaurant. The card and the platform don't talk to each other.

On a DoorDash order, DoorDash is the one taking your payment, not the restaurant. It collects from you, then settles with the restaurant on the back end.
