Using your gift card
No. Only one gift card can be redeemed to a DoorDash account at a time. Each card must be added separately, but the balances stack in your account wallet, so you can load multiple cards over time.

In the DoorDash app, go to Account, then Gift Cards and Promos, and enter your gift card code. The balance is added to your account and automatically applied to future eligible orders.

Balance, reloads & expiry
No. DoorDash gift cards have no expiration date and no fees.

No. DoorDash gift card amounts cannot be increased or reloaded. Once a card is redeemed to your account the balance is fixed until spent.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
DoorDash's policy is that lost, damaged, or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or replenished. Redeem your card into your DoorDash account as soon as you receive it; once the code is in your account, it is protected by your login credentials.
No. DoorDash gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
No. DoorDash gift cards are valid only for eligible US orders on the DoorDash platform. They cannot be used on Wolt or other DoorDash-owned international platforms.
