Do Dyme Miles expire?+

Dyme Miles don't expire while your account is open and in good standing. An account with no sign-in, earning, or redemption for 24 consecutive months is closed and any unredeemed Miles are forfeited, so a single sign-in or booking keeps your balance alive (Terms, sections 23.7 and 23.8).

Do I need a credit card to earn Dyme Miles?+

No. Dyme Miles come from what you book and buy, not from a card. Pay however you like, and Miles stack on top of whatever card rewards you already earn.

Can I buy or gift Dyme Miles?+

Yes. Buy Miles for yourself or send them to another member from the Buy & gift page. Larger amounts earn bonus Miles, and Miles post within 72 hours.

Do Miles from gift cards and shopping go to the same balance?+

Yes. Miles from a hotel, a gift card, or everyday shopping all go into one balance and spend the same way, so everything you do on Dyme brings your next trip closer.

Do I earn Miles on business travel?+

Yes. Trips booked through Dyme for Business earn Miles in your personal account, and Smart Offers can add bonus Miles when you pick a similar, lower-cost option.

How many Miles do I need for a free trip?+

It depends on the trip. At checkout you'll see exactly how many Miles cover part or all of any booking. No award charts and no peak pricing: the Miles price tracks the cash price you already see.
