The Difference

Three things you don't usually get with business travel.

01 / Smart Offers

Better incentives beat better rules.

Behavioral economists call this a nudge. Small rewards aligned with the right choice tend to beat top-down rules. It's why opt-in defaults beat mandates in retirement savings. Dyme brings the same logic to business travel: your team earns Dyme Miles on every booking, with bonus Miles for picking the Smart Offer.

02 / Flexibility

Cancellable fares, shown before you book.

Plans change, especially for business travel. Most platforms bury the cancellation terms in fine print you only find after paying. Dyme surfaces the free-cancellation window on every eligible rate, right in search.

Eligibility and deadlines vary by hotel and fare.

03 / Real Impact

Solar on schools, not carbon offsets.

Most "green" travel programs sell carbon offsets as a paid add-on. Paper credits with sometimes questionable impact. Dyme funds solar on schools, clinics, and community buildings.

Questions, Answered

The most-asked questions.

Q1How is the free tier free?+
Hotels and airlines pay Dyme a commission for each booking. That covers our operating costs and allows us to invest in communities worldwide. Your company pays nothing for up to 100 employees.
Q2What support is available when something goes wrong on a trip?+
24/7 traveler support is included for any active trip. Chat or email, real agents. Larger teams can request priority routing to a named support pod.
Q3Can my team keep their hotel loyalty status?+
With most major chains, yes. Your team gives their loyalty number to the front desk at check-in, and the hotel credits points and night credit as usual. Marriott Bonvoy is the exception: it doesn't credit bookings made outside its own channels, on Dyme or any other third-party platform. Crediting is the hotel's call, so we don't guarantee it.
Q4How do Dyme Miles work for business travel?+
Every business trip earns Dyme Miles in your employee's personal account. They redeem on personal travel: any airline, any hotel, no blackouts.
Q5What expense and accounting integrations are supported?+
CSV export to Expensify, Ramp, and Brex. Sync with QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Xero for larger teams. SSO via Google, Microsoft, and Okta. HRIS sync via Rippling, Workday, and BambooHR.
Q6How do I roll Dyme out across my team?+
Most teams are live in a day. Sign up, invite your team by email or HRIS sync, set a basic travel policy, and start booking. Larger teams can request a dedicated onboarding session.
Q7How is Dyme unique as a sustainable travel platform?+
Most sustainable travel involves buying offsets to compensate for the emissions of the trip. Dyme goes further by funding real clean energy infrastructure that serves communities for decades to come. All at no extra cost to the traveler.
