Dyme negotiates private rates directly with hotels and travel providers. These are typically lower than the retail rates shown on public booking sites, and we pass those savings to our members.
Are prices really all-inclusive?+
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay — taxes and booking fees are included upfront. The only exception is resort fees that some hotels charge at check-in, which are outside our control. We flag these when they apply.
What about my hotel loyalty points and frequent flyer miles?+
Most hotel chains and airlines award loyalty points for bookings made through third-party platforms like Dyme. You can add your membership number on the hotel or airline’s website using your Dyme confirmation code. Some properties may have their own policies, so we recommend checking with your loyalty program.
How exactly does my booking fund solar energy?+
When you book through Dyme, we earn a commission from the hotel or travel provider. Our profits from these commissions are invested into solar projects worldwide. These aren’t carbon offsets — they’re real infrastructure projects that generate clean electricity and reduce emissions for decades.
What if I find a cheaper rate somewhere else?+
