No. E-gift cards are ready to use as soon as they arrive. Physical cards are activated at purchase.
Physical and e-gift cards run from $10 to $500 in whole-dollar amounts. On Dyme, e-gift cards are available from $10 to $500 with presets of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, and $200.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. adidas gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until redeemed.
Enter the card number and PIN on the adidas gift card balance page at adidas.getmybalance.com. The current balance shows immediately with no account registration required. Check your adidas balance.
No. adidas gift cards are not reloadable. Once the balance is spent, purchase a new card on adidas.com or at any adidas store.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. adidas gift cards are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a return results in credit owed and the original card is non-reloadable, adidas will issue a new digital gift card.
adidas does not publish a specific replacement guarantee. Treat the card code like cash. If your card is lost or stolen, call adidas customer service at 800-982-9337 (Monday to Sunday, 8AM to 11PM ET) with proof of purchase and ask whether the balance can be cancelled and reissued.
No. The adidas US gift card is valid only on adidas.com and at adidas-branded stores. It is not accepted at Reebok or any other third-party retailer.
