Yes, both in store and online. Gap Inc. does not publish a cap on how many cards you can apply to a single purchase.
Physical cards from $5 to $500 in whole-dollar increments through athleta.com or any Gap Inc. register. E-gift cards from $5 to $500 through athleta.com, or $10 to $500 through Dyme.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Athleta gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until redeemed.
Enter the card number and PIN on the Athleta or Gap Inc. gift card balance page at athleta.gap.com/my-account/gift-cards-balance, or call 1-877-328-4538. The current balance shows immediately. Check your Athleta balance
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Yes. Athleta gift cards are Gap Inc. cards and redeem at Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Baby Gap, both in store and online.
Athleta can replace a lost or stolen gift card for the remaining balance if you have the original proof of purchase (sales receipt or confirmation email). Call 1-877-3ATHLETA (1-877-328-4538) to report the card lost or stolen and initiate a replacement. eGift cards require the purchaser's confirmation email as proof. Athleta is not responsible for unauthorized use before you report it.
No. Athleta gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted, applied to a purchase, or redeemed online across the Gap Inc. brands.
Buying & corporate
Gap Inc. does not allow gift-card-funded gift-card purchases, and Athleta does not sell cards below face value. Buying through Dyme earns 1 Dyme Mile per dollar (5 per dollar during special offers). See the Athleta gift card buying guide.
