Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Auntie Anne's Mix It Up gift cards carry no expiration date and no dormancy or service fees. The balance stays intact until you use it.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Yes. The Mix It Up card is redeemable at participating Cinnabon, Carvel, Jamba, McAlister's Deli, Moe's Southwest Grill, and Schlotzsky's locations. One balance travels across all seven Focus Brands sister concepts, which is useful in airports and malls where the brands often share a food court.

No. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any in-store purchase across the GoTo Foods Mix It Up brands.

Availability at Walgreens and grocery gift-card racks is limited and inconsistent — some Kroger and Sam's Club locations carry them, but stock varies by region.
