Yes. Load multiple cards onto a single balance in the Baskin-Robbins app and pay with one scan. At the counter, you can also present multiple cards and ask the associate to apply each one.

E-gift cards bought through Dyme are activated at purchase and ready to use immediately. Physical cards are activated at the register when purchased. No separate step is required.
Through Dyme, e-gift presets run from $5 to $100. Physical and digital cards bought directly through Baskin-Robbins are typically loadable in whole-dollar amounts from about $5 to $100.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Baskin-Robbins gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until you redeem it.

Yes. Baskin-Robbins gift cards can be reloaded from $5 up to $100 through the Baskin-Robbins app or in store at a participating location.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Baskin-Robbins gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or kept for a future visit, but the purchase price cannot be refunded.
Unregistered cards cannot be replaced. If you registered your card in the Baskin-Robbins app, Baskin-Robbins can issue a replacement for the remaining balance. Register your card in the app as soon as you receive it to protect the balance. Call 1-888-729-2489 for assistance.
No. Baskin-Robbins gift cards are accepted only at participating Baskin-Robbins locations. They are not interchangeable with Dunkin' gift cards or any other brand, even though Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin' share a parent company.
