Yes, in restaurant. Hand the server all the cards before they total the check. Online, gift-card codes are entered one at a time at checkout. Confirm with the location if you want to split across more than two cards.

E-gift cards bought through Dyme are activated at purchase and ready to use immediately. Physical cards are activated at the register when purchased at a Bertucci's location. No separate step is required.
Through Dyme, e-gift cards run from $25 to $500, with common presets of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, and $200. Directly through bertuccis.com or in restaurant, cards typically run from $10 to $500.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Bertucci's gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until you redeem it.

Bertucci's does not advertise a standard reload option. Once the balance is spent, purchasing a new card is the usual approach. Confirm the latest policy at bertuccis.com or by calling a location directly.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. Depending on state law, small remaining balances may be redeemable for cash — ask a manager if that applies in your state.
Lost or stolen Bertucci's e-gift cards will not be replaced. Record the card number and PIN when you receive the card. For in-restaurant physical cards, contact Bertucci's guest services at bertuccis.com to report the issue and check whether any action is possible.
No. Bertucci's gift cards are accepted only at Bertucci's Brick Oven Pizzeria locations. They are not interchangeable with any other restaurant brand's gift cards.
Buying & corporate
