Yes. You can apply multiple Best Western gift cards to one reservation and combine a card with another payment method if the card does not cover the full amount.

Best Western gift cards carry no value until activated at purchase. E-gift cards bought through Dyme are activated immediately. If you receive a physical card that appears inactivated, call 1-877-CARD-2TVL (1-877-227-3288) for assistance.
Through Dyme, e-gift presets run from $25 to $500, with common amounts of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, and $200. Best Western's own gift card site offers a range of denominations as well.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Best Western gift cards purchased at face value carry no expiration date and no dormancy fees. The full balance stays on the card until you use it.
Enter the card number and any required PIN on the Best Western gift card balance page at cws.givex.com/cws4.0/bwicad/. The current balance displays immediately. Check your Best Western balance
Some Best Western gift cards are eligible to be reloaded at participating BWH Hotels properties, online at giftcard.bestwestern.com, or through licensed vendors. Not all cards in circulation support reload. Check your specific card terms or call 1-877-CARD-2TVL to confirm.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Best Western gift cards are not returnable, refundable, or redeemable for cash except as required by law. They can be re-gifted or applied toward a future stay.
Best Western requires your gift card number and proof of purchase to investigate a lost or stolen card. Without both, replacement is not guaranteed. Record your card number and keep the purchase receipt. Call 1-877-CARD-2TVL (1-877-227-3288) to report.
No. Best Western gift cards are accepted only at participating BWH Hotels branded properties. They cannot be used at Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or any non-BWH hotel.
