Yes. You can apply multiple Birch Lane or Wayfair gift cards to one order at checkout and cover any remaining balance with another payment method.
At checkout on birchlane.com and across all Wayfair family brands: Wayfair, AllModern, Joss & Main, and Perigold. The card is digital-only and works exclusively online across these sites. There are no physical stores.
E-gift cards are delivered by email and redeemed by entering the code at wayfair.com/redeem or birchlane.com. Sign in or create an account, enter the gift card code, and click Redeem. No separate activation call is needed.
Through Dyme, e-gift cards run from $25 to $500. Directly through birchlane.com, gift cards are available from $25 to $1,000 in set increments.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Birch Lane gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until spent.
Sign in to your Birch Lane or Wayfair account where the card is saved, or enter the card number and PIN on the gift card balance page at birchlane.com. You can also call Wayfair customer service at 877-WAYFAIR (1-877-929-3247) for balance help.
No. Birch Lane and Wayfair gift cards are not reloadable. Once the balance is used up, purchase a new card.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Birch Lane gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied toward any eligible purchase across the Wayfair family of sites.
Wayfair and Birch Lane are not responsible for and will not replace lost or stolen gift cards. Treat the code like cash and do not share it publicly. Contact Wayfair customer service at 877-WAYFAIR with proof of purchase and they may be able to assist, though replacement is not guaranteed.
