The card has no value until activated at purchase. E-gift cards bought through Dyme are activated immediately. Physical cards are activated at the BJ's register when purchased. No separate step is required after that.
Through Dyme, e-gift presets run from $25 to $200. Directly through bjsrestaurants.com or in restaurant, physical and e-gift cards typically run from $10 to $200.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. BJ's gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until spent.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
BJ's gift cards are generally non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to a future meal. Check the terms at bjsrestaurants.cashstar.com for your state's specific rules.
Contact BJ's customer support immediately at 1-800-242-5353. The issuer can cancel and reissue a card for the remaining balance upon proof of purchase and the original card number. If someone has copied or stolen your e-gift card code, report it right away so any unused value can be reissued.
No. BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse and BJ's Wholesale Club are completely unrelated companies. A BJ's Restaurant gift card works only at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse and cannot be used at any BJ's Wholesale Club location.
