Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Bubba Gump and Landry's gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until spent.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or spent at any participating Bubba Gump or Landry's-family restaurant.
Landry's does not replace lost or stolen gift cards. Treat the card like cash. If you need to report a lost card you can call 1-888-345-8380, but replacement of the balance is not guaranteed.
Yes. The Bubba Gump card is issued as a Landry's gift card and works across the entire Landry's portfolio: Morton's, Chart House, Del Frisco's Double Eagle, Saltgrass Steak House, McCormick and Schmick's, Joe's Crab Shack, Rainforest Cafe, and more. It cannot be used at unaffiliated restaurant groups.
