Using your gift card
Yes. CPK lets you apply multiple gift cards to one check in the restaurant. You can also store several cards in the CPK app account.
At participating CPK and CPK/ASAP restaurants across the US mainland for dine-in, takeout, curbside, and catering. The card is not valid at CPK airport locations, stadium restaurants, university campuses, or certain hotel-based locations. How to use your California Pizza Kitchen card
Physical cards generally run $10 to $200 in restaurant and $25 to $100 on supermarket racks. E-gift cards from Dyme run $5 to $500 in whole-dollar increments.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. CPK gift cards do not carry an expiration date and no dormancy fees apply. The full purchased value stays on the card until you redeem it.
Enter the 19-digit gift card number and 4-digit PIN on CPK's balance page at cpk.com/Gift-Cards/CheckBalance, or ask a server at any participating CPK location. You can also call (888) 351-2594. Check your California Pizza Kitchen balance
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. CPK gift cards are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be redeemed for cash except where state law requires. They can be re-gifted or applied to a future check.
CPK may replace a lost or stolen physical gift card if you have proof of purchase including the 19-digit gift card number and 4-digit PIN. E-gift cards cannot be replaced if lost. Contact CPK customer service at (888) 351-2594 with your original purchase documentation.
No. CPK gift cards are valid only at participating California Pizza Kitchen and CPK/ASAP restaurants in the continental United States. They are not accepted at other restaurant brands.
Buying & corporate
Yes. California Pizza Kitchen has a corporate and bulk program for employee gifts, client appreciation, and incentive orders. Contact CPK's corporate team through cpk.com for volume pricing and custom denominations.
