Travel voucher earned per gift-card purchase, alongside 1 Dyme Mile per dollar:
Spend $100→ $25 voucherredeem on a $250+ stay
Spend $250→ $75 voucherredeem on a $750+ stay
Spend $500→ $200 voucherredeem on a $2,000+ stay
Vouchers are issued within 5 working days and valid 3 months from issue. One voucher per booking. No cash value, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to Miles. Miles are earned and shown separately.

Using your gift card

Yes, both in store and online. Carter's does not publish a cap on how many cards you can apply to a single purchase.

$10 to $500 in whole-dollar increments, whether you buy a physical card, an e-gift through carters.com, or an e-gift through Dyme.

Balance, reloads & expiry

No. Carter's gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until spent.

Yes. Enter the card number and PIN on the Carter's gift card balance page at carters.com/giftcard-balance. You can also visit any Carter's or OshKosh B'gosh store or call 1-877-333-0117. Check your Carter's balance

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance

No. Carter's gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied toward any order across Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh.

Carter's does not replace lost or stolen gift cards. Treat the card like cash. Keep the card number and original purchase receipt; contact customer service at 1-877-333-0117 for assistance, but recovery is not guaranteed.

Yes. Carter's gift cards work at both Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh in stores and online at carters.com and oshkosh.com. Skip Hop and other Carter's-owned sites are also included.
