Balance, reloads & expiry
No. The Carvel Mix It Up gift card never expires and carries no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until spent.

Some locations allow reloading a physical card at the register. Reload availability varies by store; e-gift cards purchased through Dyme are not reloadable.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or used toward any purchase across the seven GoTo Foods brands.
Carvel Mix It Up cards will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen, or used without authorization, per GoTo Foods' terms. Keep a record of the card number. For assistance contact 1-866-650-6049.
Yes. Because it is the GoTo Foods Mix It Up card, the same balance spends at Carvel, Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister's Deli, Moe's Southwest Grill, and Schlotzsky's. It cannot be used at restaurants outside the GoTo Foods portfolio.
