No. E-gift cards arrive by email ready to use. Physical gift cards activate at the register when purchased. There is no separate activation step for either format.
Physical and e-gift cards load from $25 to $1,000 through cb2.com or any CB2 or Crate & Barrel register. Through Dyme, e-gift cards are available from $25 to $200.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. CB2 gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until redeemed.
Enter the card number and PIN on the CB2 gift card balance page at cb2.com/gift-cards, or call 1-800-355-3556. A store associate can also look it up at the register. Check your CB2 balance
No. CB2 gift cards are not reloadable. Once the balance is spent, the card cannot be topped up. Purchase a new card for additional value.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. CB2 gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted, applied to a purchase, or redeemed for any item across CB2 and Crate & Barrel.
Contact CB2 customer service at 800-606-6252. CB2 will only replace lost, stolen, or damaged cards if the card has been registered at cb2.com/gift-cards/register-card. Unregistered cards cannot be replaced. Once registered, the remaining balance can be transferred to a new card.
Yes. CB2 and Crate & Barrel share a single gift-card program. The same card spends at CB2, Crate & Barrel, Crate & Kids, and the outlets, both in store and online.
Buying & corporate
Yes, through the Crate & Barrel corporate gift-card program, which covers both banners. Volume pricing and bulk invoicing are available for employee and client gifting.
