Yes. A team member can apply several cards toward a single purchase at the register, applying each card in turn until the order is covered.

The card covers Creations, signature cakes, shakes, smoothies, and retail merchandise. Non-participating franchise locations and most international stores do not accept US-issued cards. No. E-gift cards arrive by email ready to use. Physical cards are activated at the counter when purchased. No separate activation step is needed.
Physical cards load from $5 to $100 through coldstonecreamery.com or any scoop-shop counter. E-gift cards through coldstonecreamery.com go up to $100. Through Dyme, e-gift cards are available from $5 to $50.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Cold Stone gift cards carry no expiration date and no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card indefinitely until spent.
Enter the card number and PIN on the Cold Stone balance page at coldstonecreamery.wgiftcard.com/rbc/coldstone_resp, or ask a crew member at any participating location to check it at the register. Check your Cold Stone Creamery balance
Yes. Cards can be reloaded at the counter. You can also track and manage the balance inside the My Cold Stone Club app.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Cold Stone Creamery does not replace lost or stolen cards. The value is non-refundable. Treat the card exactly like cash, and save the card number as soon as you receive it in case you need to check the balance later.
No. Cold Stone gift cards are valid only at participating Cold Stone Creamery locations. They are not accepted at Baskin-Robbins, DQ, Carvel, or any other chain.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Cold Stone runs a corporate and bulk ordering program for volume buyers, with custom denominations and bulk invoicing. Contact the Cold Stone corporate gift-card team to set one up.
At any Cold Stone scoop shop counter, on coldstonecreamery.com, and at warehouse clubs like Costco and Sam's Club, which periodically carry discounted multi-packs though availability is not guaranteed.
