Using your gift card
Conoco gift cards cannot be combined with a second gift card in a single transaction. You can, however, split payment between a gift card and a credit or debit card if the card balance does not cover the full amount.

Physical cards purchased at a station are activated at the register. E-gift cards are activated within 24 hours of purchase. If you bought online, wait for the confirmation email before heading to the pump.
Through Dyme, Conoco e-gift cards come in amounts from $5 to $500. You choose the exact amount at checkout.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Conoco gift cards have no expiration date and carry no dormancy or service fees. A physical card will be deactivated only if there has been no activity for 365 days after it reaches a zero balance, so use up the balance and you will never lose it.

No. Conoco gift cards are not reloadable. When the balance is spent, simply purchase a new card at conoco.com or any participating station.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Call 1-877-526-6626 immediately. Conoco gift cards are treated like cash and are not guaranteed to be replaced, but if you have the card number and proof of purchase, customer service can sometimes freeze and reissue the balance. Keep your card number in a safe place from the start.
No. Conoco gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. The balance is usable only for purchases at Conoco, Phillips 66, and 76 locations.
Yes. Swipe or enter the gift card at any pay-at-the-pump terminal that accepts gift cards. Some older pumps may require you to go inside; in that case, hand the card to the attendant and tell them your pump number.
