Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Contact Cracker Barrel customer service at 1-866-604-1011 right away. Cracker Barrel's policy is that cards are not replaced except where required by law, but if you kept your original proof of purchase, some locations and service agents may be able to help. Record your card number when you receive it.
