Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Call 734-930-3030. Domino's will replace a lost or stolen card only if you have a remaining balance and can provide proof of purchase, the card number, and authorization code. Without the card number, replacement is not possible. Keep your card details safe.
No. Domino's gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
No. The card is accepted only at participating Domino's stores in the US. It cannot be used at Pizza Hut, Papa John's, or any other restaurant.
