Using your gift card
Yes. You can transfer one card's balance onto another card, or load both into the Dunkin' app and pay from the combined funds.

Physical cards are activated at the register when purchased. E-gift cards are active immediately. No separate activation step is required to spend the card, but registering it on dunkindonuts.com or in the Dunkin' app protects your balance if the card is ever lost or stolen.
Through Dyme, $25 to $100. On dunkindonuts.com or in store, physical and e-gift cards range from $5 to $500. Many retail racks carry $10, $25, and $50 cards.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Dunkin' gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full value stays on the card until redeemed.

Yes. You can add funds to an existing physical Dunkin' card at any Dunkin' counter, in the Dunkin' app, or online. The same card keeps working as you reload it, and the balance stays in your account.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Dunkin' gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. The remaining balance can be re-gifted, transferred to another card, or loaded into the app for future orders.
If the card is registered on dunkindonuts.com or in the Dunkin' app, contact Dunkin' customer support. They can freeze the remaining balance and issue a replacement for whatever value was on the card at the time of the report. Unregistered cards are treated like cash and cannot be replaced. Register your card as soon as you receive it to protect your balance.
No. Dunkin' gift cards are only valid at Dunkin' locations. They cannot be used at Starbucks, Peet's, or any other coffee brand.
