Using your gift card
Yes. Each redeemed code adds to your EA wallet balance, and the total can be spent across one or more purchases.
Sign in to your EA account in the EA app or at ea.com, open Redeem Code, and enter the code. The value lands in your EA wallet immediately and can be used for games, DLC, in-game currency, and EA Play memberships on PC.
Through Dyme, $15 to $25. Game and electronics retailers like Best Buy, GameStop, and Amazon carry additional fixed amounts.
Balance, reloads & expiry
The unredeemed code holds its full value indefinitely. Once credited to your EA wallet, the balance stays available for your future purchases on the EA platform.
Your EA account shows the current wallet balance once a code is redeemed. Sign in to the EA app or ea.com and look under your account or wallet section. An unredeemed code carries its full face value until you apply it.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. EA gift cards are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be redeemed for cash. If you bought a game using wallet credit and want a refund on that game, EA's standard game refund policy applies to the purchase, but the wallet credit itself is not returned as cash.
EA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged EA gift cards and does not issue replacements. Once you have a code, redeem it to your EA account as soon as possible. A code that's in your EA wallet can't be taken by someone else.
No. EA gift cards credit the EA PC platform wallet at ea.com or in the EA app. For PlayStation or Xbox purchases, use a PlayStation Store or Xbox gift card instead. EA Play on console is subscribed through the respective console store.
