Using your gift card
Yes. Redeeming more than one membership code extends your EA Play subscription by the term of each code. Wallet-value codes add to the same EA account balance.
Sign in to your EA account in the EA app or at ea.com, open Redeem Code, and enter the code. It applies membership time or wallet value to your account immediately.
Through Dyme, $15 to $25, aligned to EA Play membership tiers. Game retailers including Best Buy and GameStop stock additional fixed amounts.
Balance, reloads & expiry
The redemption code itself does not expire before you use it. Once redeemed, your membership runs for the term purchased (monthly or annual), and the time starts from redemption.
Wallet credit shows in your EA account under the wallet section once redeemed. Membership status and renewal date appear in your EA account settings. An unredeemed code carries its full face value until applied.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
EA is not responsible for lost or stolen gift card codes and does not issue replacements. Redeem the code to your EA account as soon as you receive it so no one else can use it.
EA Play codes through Dyme apply to EA's PC platform (the EA app and ea.com). EA Play on PlayStation or Xbox is subscribed directly through the PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store using their respective gift cards.
Buying & corporate
EA Play codes are sold at ea.com, the EA app, Best Buy, GameStop, Amazon, and Target. Buying through Dyme earns 1 Mile per dollar at face value (5 per dollar during special offers). See the EA Play gift card buying guide.
