Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Etsy gift cards and the account credit they convert to do not expire and carry no fees. The value stays in your account until you spend it.
Your Etsy account shows the current credit balance under your payment settings once the card is applied at etsy.com/redeem. Check your Etsy balance
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Etsy gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. The credit can be used on any Etsy purchase or re-gifted by sharing the unredeemed code.
Contact Etsy Support with proof of ownership and the gift card number. If the card has not been fully redeemed, Etsy will make reasonable efforts to lock it and may issue a replacement for the remaining balance. Replacement requests can take up to 30 days to process. Etsy cannot guarantee replacement if the funds have already been used.
Etsy gift cards apply in supported currencies on the Etsy platform. U.S.-dollar cards work on the U.S. Etsy site. Check Etsy's help center for current supported regions and currencies.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Etsy supports bulk gift-card ordering for employee rewards and client gifts. Contact Etsy's business or gift-card team through their site for volume pricing.
