Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Evertreen does not publicly document a lost-code replacement policy. If a code is lost, contact Evertreen support at evertreen.com with your proof of purchase. Keep a copy of the code in a safe place as soon as you receive it.
No. An Evertreen code is redeemable only on evertreen.com and plants trees through Evertreen's own network. It cannot be applied to other charity or environmental platforms.
No. Evertreen codes are non-refundable once purchased. Because the redemption triggers a real-world tree-planting action, the value cannot be reversed or returned as cash.
