Yes. Multiple cards can be applied to one folio at checkout, letting you pool gifts toward a longer stay or a larger spend.

No separate activation step is required. E-gift cards are ready to use once delivered; physical cards are activated at point of sale. Present the card or code at the property when settling your bill.
$25 to $100 through Dyme. FairmontStores.com offers physical and e-gift cards in larger amounts, up to $1,000 per card.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Fairmont gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full value stays available until you use it.
Use the balance lookup on the Fairmont gift card site at fairmontgiftcard.com with your card number, or call 1-877-232-7070. Hotel front desks can also read the balance at check-in. Check your Fairmont balance
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Fairmont gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. The value can be re-gifted or applied to any eligible spend at a Fairmont property.
Fairmont will replace a lost or stolen card only if it was registered at the time of loss. Contact Fairmont gift card support to report the card and freeze the remaining balance. A replacement card will be issued for the balance on record at the time of the report. Unregistered cards are not replaceable. Register your card as soon as it arrives.
Fairmont gift cards are redeemable at Fairmont-branded properties specifically. Accor's broader hotel portfolio (Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, etc.) uses separate gift instruments. Confirm acceptance with the specific property before booking.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Fairmont and parent company Accor run a corporate gift card program with custom amounts and bulk invoicing for client entertainment and employee rewards. Contact the Fairmont corporate team through fairmont.com.
