Using your gift card
Yes. In store, a cashier can run cards in sequence until the bill is covered. In the app, you can load multiple cards to your account so the combined balance applies to in-app orders.

Physical cards are activated at the register when purchased. E-gift cards are active immediately on delivery. No additional activation step is required before use.
$25 to $100 through Dyme. Physical and e-gift cards from $10 to $500 are available through the Five Guys gift card site, and most whole-dollar amounts in between can be loaded.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Five Guys gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy, inactivity, or service fees. The full balance stays on the card until spent.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Five Guys gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. The balance can be re-gifted or spent on any menu item at any participating U.S. location.
Five Guys gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proof of purchase. If you suspect the card has been copied or stolen, contact Five Guys immediately. Even with proof of purchase, replacement is not guaranteed. Treat the card like cash and store the card number in a safe place.
No. Five Guys gift cards are only valid at Five Guys restaurants. They cannot be used at Shake Shack, Smashburger, or any other restaurant brand.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Five Guys runs a corporate gift card program with volume pricing and custom denominations for employee rewards and business gifting. Inquire through fiveguys.com or the corporate gift card section of their site.
Five Guys gift cards are sold directly through fiveguys.com and are not widely stocked at supermarket or drug store racks. Buying through Dyme earns 1 Mile per dollar at face value (5 per dollar during special offers). See the Five Guys gift card buying guide.
