Vouchers are issued within 5 working days and valid 3 months from issue. One voucher per booking. No cash value, non-transferable, and cannot be converted to Miles. Miles are earned and shown separately.

Using your gift card

Yes, in store and online. GNC does not publish a cap on how many cards you can apply to a single purchase.

At GNC stores and on GNC.com, toward vitamins, protein, sports nutrition, and wellness products, including GNC house brands. It works at company-owned stores and most franchise locations. How to use your GNC card

Physical GNC gift cards are activated at the register when you purchase them. E-gift cards delivered by email are ready to use with the card number and PIN included in the delivery email; no separate activation step is required.

$25 to $200 through Dyme. In store and on GNC.com, cards typically range from $5 to $500.

Balance, reloads & expiry

No. GNC gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full balance stays available until you use it.

No. GNC gift cards are not reloadable. When the balance is spent, you purchase a new card.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance

GNC does not replace lost or stolen gift cards. The card should be treated like cash. If your card is compromised, call 1-877-462-4700 immediately to report it. GNC customer service may be able to help if you have the original card number, but replacement is not guaranteed by policy.

No. GNC gift cards are redeemable only at GNC stores and GNC.com. They are not accepted at Vitamin Shoppe, Bodybuilding.com, or other supplement retailers.

Buying & corporate

Yes. GNC runs a bulk and corporate gift card program for employee incentives, client gifts, and wellness-program rewards. Contact the GNC gift card team to order in volume.

GNC gift cards are sold on GNC.com, at GNC stores, and through select third-party gift card sites. Dyme sells GNC e-gift cards at face value, and you earn 1 Dyme Mile per dollar spent (5 per dollar during special offers). GNC stores generally do not carry a third-party gift card rack. Their in-store gift card section is limited to GNC's own cards.
