On harryanddavid.com and at Harry & David retail stores, and across the wider 1-800-Flowers.com family of brands, including 1-800-Flowers, Cheryl's Cookies, The Popcorn Factory, Wolferman's Bakery, Shari's Berries, Simply Chocolate, and Personalization Universe, toward gourmet food, gift baskets, wine, and seasonal towers.
No separate activation step is required. The e-gift is delivered by email with the card number and PIN ready to enter at checkout on harryanddavid.com or any family-brand site.
$25 to $100 through Dyme. HarryandDavid.com carries cards from $10 up to $500 in physical or e-gift form.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Harry & David gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full balance stays available until you use it.
Enter the card number and PIN on the Harry & David gift card balance page, or call customer service at 1-800-242-5353 and an associate can confirm the remaining balance.
No. Harry & David gift cards are not reloadable. When the balance is spent, purchase a new card.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Contact Harry & David customer service immediately at 1-800-242-5353 with your card's serial number and proof of purchase. Per 1-800-Flowers family policy, if records show funds remain on the card, they will cancel the compromised card and issue a replacement. Funds used before you report the loss cannot be recovered.
Buying & corporate
