Using your gift card
Generally not on the same order as a first-box or referral discount, which apply at new-subscriber sign-up while a gift card is account credit applied later. The gift card balance still covers subsequent deliveries once any promo box has been delivered.
Enter the gift card code at hellofresh.com/gift/redeem or under payment settings in an existing HelloFresh account. The balance applies before any card on file is charged each week.
No separate activation is required. Enter the code at hellofresh.com/gift/redeem and it is added to the account immediately. New users must create a HelloFresh account first before entering the code.
Through Dyme, the HelloFresh e-gift is sold at a $61 preset. HelloFresh.com and retail racks offer their own fixed values.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. HelloFresh gift cards do not expire and carry no activation, service, or dormancy fees. The balance stays on the account until it is used up across weekly deliveries.
The code is redeemed as account credit on the recipient's HelloFresh account at hellofresh.com/gift/redeem or under payment settings. The balance draws down automatically each week to cover the full per-delivery cost, including shipping. Any remaining credit carries forward to the next delivery. Once redeemed, the balance is visible in the account's payment settings.
No. HelloFresh gift cards cannot be reloaded. The card is a one-time code that adds a set credit to the account. Redeem an additional code to add more credit.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. HelloFresh gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. Lost, stolen, or destroyed cards will not be replaced. An unredeemed code can be passed along to someone else before it is applied to an account.
HelloFresh's terms state that lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. If you have the code and it has not yet been redeemed, enter it into your account immediately to secure the credit. Contact HelloFresh customer support to report suspected fraud.
HelloFresh gift card credit covers HelloFresh meal-kit deliveries in the US. Whether the same credit extends to Factor ready-to-eat meals depends on how the brands share billing. Check the HelloFresh account settings to confirm which charges the gift card credit covers, or contact HelloFresh support.
Buying & corporate
