Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Krispy Kreme gift cards carry no expiration date and no service or dormancy fees. The value stays on the card until it is used.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Krispy Kreme gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or kept until you are ready to use the balance.
Krispy Kreme gift cards may not be replaced if lost or stolen. For eGift cards, the company may re-issue remaining value if you contact customer service immediately and provide the original purchaser's confirmation email. Physical card replacements are generally not available. Contact Krispy Kreme customer service as quickly as possible if you suspect unauthorized use.
No. Krispy Kreme gift cards are only redeemable at participating Krispy Kreme retail shops in the US. They are not accepted at Dunkin', Tim Hortons, or any other chain.
