Physical cards purchased at retail are activated at the register by the cashier. If you receive a card and the cashier did not activate it, the balance will show as $0. E-gift cards are ready to use immediately once received.
Physical cards: $10 to $500 in restaurant or up to $2,000 on the Darden site. E-gift: $10 to $2,000 via Darden, or $25 to $200 via Dyme.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Darden gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full value stays on the card until you spend it.
Yes. Enter the card number and PIN on the Darden gift card balance page at longhornsteakhouse.com/gift-cards, or ask a server to check it on a receipt at any location. Check your LongHorn Steakhouse balance
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Darden's policy is firm: lost, stolen, or damaged cards are not replaced and the value is not replenished. Treat the card like cash. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact Darden guest relations at 1-800-331-2729 immediately.
Yes. LongHorn cards are Darden cards and work at all Darden-owned restaurants: Olive Garden, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Yard House, Bahama Breeze, Seasons 52, The Capital Grille, Eddie V's, and Bugaboo Creek.
No. Darden gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any check across the Darden family.
Buying & corporate
Yes, through Darden's corporate program for orders of 25 or more, with volume pricing, custom denominations, and co-branded designs available.
