Using your gift card
Yes. Lowe's allows multiple gift cards to be applied to a single purchase, both in store and online.
At any of the 1,700-plus U.S. Lowe's stores, on Lowes.com, and by phone through Lowe's customer service. Covers all departments including lumber, appliances, paint, garden, tools, and flooring, as well as installation services and tool rental. See how to use your Lowe's card
No separate activation is needed for a Lowe's e-gift card. Once you receive the email with the card number and PIN, it is ready to use in store or online immediately.
Physical and e-gift cards range from $5 to $2,000 in whole-dollar increments through Lowe's directly. Through Dyme, presets run from $5 to $500.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Lowe's gift cards do not expire and are not subject to dormancy or inactivity fees. Any unused balance stays on the card until you spend it.
Enter the 16-digit card number and 4-digit PIN at lowes.com/l/help/gift-card-balance, call 1-800-560-7172, or ask an associate at any Lowe's customer service desk. Check your Lowe's balance
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Physical cards can only be replaced for the remaining balance by presenting the original receipt. E-gift cards require the purchaser's confirmation email as proof. Without proof of purchase, Lowe's cannot replace the card. A $0-balance card that stays unused for 90 days is automatically deactivated.
