Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Mandarin Oriental gift cards are exclusive to Mandarin Oriental properties and are not transferable to Four Seasons, Rosewood, Aman, or other hotel groups.
Mandarin Oriental will freeze the balance and issue a replacement card, provided you registered the card and report the loss promptly. Contact customer support at mohg-giftcards@avenhospitality.com or call 1-866-801-8880 immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
