Yes. Multiple MLB Shop gift cards can be entered at checkout, with any remaining total charged to a payment card.
At shop.mlb.com, the official online store for all 30 teams, on jerseys, caps, jackets, collectibles, memorabilia, and customized gear. It does not work at team-operated arena shops or at other Fanatics-run sites such as NFL Shop or NBA Store. See how to use your MLB Shop card.
$10 to $500 on shop.mlb.com, and typically $25 to $100 on retail racks. Through Dyme, e-gift cards range from $25 to $200.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. MLB Shop gift cards do not expire and carry no service fees. The full value stays on the card until redeemed.
Yes. Enter the card number and PIN on the MLB Shop gift card balance page. The current balance shows immediately. Check your MLB Shop balance
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. The gift card itself is non-refundable once purchased. Merchandise bought with it follows MLB Shop's standard return policy.
Fanatics and MLB Shop do not replace lost or stolen gift cards. The card number and PIN should be kept private and treated like cash. If your card is lost before use, contact MLB Shop customer service at 1-866-815-7994 with your original purchase receipt — they may be able to investigate, but replacement is not guaranteed per their terms.
No. Although these stores all run on the Fanatics platform, gift card balances are store-specific. An MLB Shop card is only valid at shop.mlb.com and does not transfer to NFL Shop, NBA Store, NASCAR Store, or any other Fanatics property.
Buying & corporate
Yes. MLB Shop has a business gift-card program with volume pricing for bulk orders. Contact the corporate gift-card team through the MLB Shop site to order.
