Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Mugsy gift cards do not expire and carry no fees. The full value stays on the card until it is redeemed.
Yes. Enter the gift card code on the Mugsy site at checkout — the remaining balance appears before you complete the purchase. Any unused balance stays on the card for a future order.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Gift cards are generally non-refundable once purchased. Products bought with the card follow Mugsy's standard return and exchange policy at mugsyjeans.com.
Mugsy does not publish a formal replacement policy for lost or stolen digital gift cards. Because the card is a code delivered by email, keep the email secure and do not share the code. If a code is lost before use, contact Mugsy support at support@mugsyjeans.com with your purchase confirmation — they may be able to resend or assist.
No. The Mugsy gift card is valid only at mugsy.co and is not accepted at other clothing brands or retailers.
