Using your gift card
Yes, both online and in store. Nautica does not publish a cap on how many cards you can apply to a single purchase. Any remaining balance after spending one card can be covered by a second card or another payment method.
Online at nautica.com and in person at any Nautica Factory Outlet store in the United States and Puerto Rico. It is not accepted at third-party retailers such as Macy's, Amazon, or Kohl's, and it cannot be applied on international Nautica sites. See how to use your Nautica card.
Physical and e-gift cards run $25 to $500 through nautica.com. Through Dyme, $3 to $500 in flexible amounts.
Balance, reloads & expiry
Nautica gift cards do not carry an expiration date and are not subject to dormancy or service fees. The balance holds whether you redeem it next weekend or two summers from now.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted, applied to a purchase, or redeemed online for any item Nautica sells.
Nautica will issue a replacement for the dollar value remaining on the card, but only with proof of purchase (original receipt or credit card statement). Report a lost or stolen card immediately by calling customer service at 1-800-832-0656 or using the lost-card page at nautica.com. Without proof of purchase, replacement is not available.
No. Nautica gift cards only work on nautica.com and at Nautica-owned Factory Outlet stores. Department stores and marketplaces carry Nautica product under their own payment systems with separate gift card programs.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Nautica's parent company handles corporate and bulk gift-card orders with custom denominations and bulk invoicing for employee gifts and incentives.
