Balance, reloads & expiry
No. NBA Store gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full value stays on the card until you redeem it.
Yes. Enter the card number and PIN on the NBA Store gift-card balance page. No account registration is required. Check your NBA Store balance
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Yes. Returns follow store.nba.com's standard policy. Refunds on gift-card-funded orders are typically issued back as store credit or to the original gift card.
Fanatics and the NBA Store will not replace lost or stolen gift cards. Treat the card number and PIN like cash. If your card is lost before use, contact the NBA Store customer service with your original purchase receipt — they may be able to investigate, but replacement is not guaranteed per their terms.
The NBA Store card also works on the WNBA Store at wnbastore.nba.com. However, it does not transfer to other Fanatics-operated properties such as NFL Shop, MLB Shop, or the NASCAR Store, even though they share the same platform.
