Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Nespresso gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full value stays on the card until you redeem it.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Yes. Returns follow Nespresso's standard policy. Refunds on gift-card-funded orders are typically issued back to the gift card or as store credit.
Nespresso will not issue a replacement for a lost or stolen gift card. Treat the card number and PIN like cash. If you lose an unredeemed card, contact Nespresso customer service at 1-800-562-1465 immediately with your proof of purchase — they may be able to deactivate the card and reissue a replacement, though their published terms state no replacement is provided.
No. The gift card is valid only at nespresso.com and Nespresso boutiques. It does not work at third-party stores selling compatible capsules, such as Trader Joe's or store-brand alternatives, nor at general retailers that carry Nespresso machines like Williams-Sonoma or Best Buy.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Nespresso's business team handles bulk gift-card orders, often alongside its professional machine program. Custom denominations and invoicing are available.
