Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Nintendo eShop cards are exclusive to the Nintendo ecosystem. They do not work on PlayStation Store, Xbox, Steam, or any other platform.
Nintendo cannot replace lost or stolen codes. If you bought the card from a retailer, contact that retailer — they may be able to retrieve the code from your purchase history. Otherwise, the code cannot be recovered. Keep your code in a safe place and redeem it promptly.

Nintendo does not run a standard corporate gift-card program. Bulk purchasers typically source through authorized third-party distributors — contact Nintendo directly to discuss options.
