Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Nordstrom gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until redeemed.
Yes. Enter the card number and PIN on the Nordstrom gift-card balance page. The current balance shows immediately, with no account registration required. You can also call 1-877-283-4045. Check your Nordstrom balance
No. Nordstrom gift cards are not reloadable. When the balance runs out, purchase a new card for additional value.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Nordstrom can replace a lost, stolen, or damaged gift card for the remaining balance with satisfactory proof of purchase. Contact Nordstrom customer service at 1-888-282-6060 to report the card and start the replacement process. Keep your purchase confirmation in case you need it.
Buying & corporate
Nordstrom stores do not typically carry third-party gift card racks. They sell Nordstrom-branded gift cards only.
