No separate activation is required. E-gift cards are ready to use once you receive the email. Physical cards are activated at the bistro register or retail point of purchase.
Physical cards run $10 to $500 through pfchangs.com or any bistro. Through Dyme, $25 to $200. Supermarket racks typically stock $25, $50, and $100.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. P.F. Chang's gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until you redeem it.
Yes. Enter the card number and PIN on the P.F. Chang's gift-card balance page, or ask a server to look it up at the bistro. You can also call 1-866-732-4264. Check your P.F. Chang's balance
No. P.F. Chang's gift cards are not reloadable. When the balance runs out, purchase a new card.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. P.F. Chang's gift cards are redeemable only at P.F. Chang's bistros and pfchangs.com. They do not work at Pei Wei (a separate brand) or any other restaurant chain.
P.F. Chang's will replace a lost, stolen, or damaged gift card for the remaining balance with verified proof of purchase. Contact P.F. Chang's customer service with your original receipt or purchase confirmation to start the replacement process.
Buying & corporate
