Yes. Load multiple cards into your Panera app account and the balances pool together, so several smaller cards can cover a single larger order.
At 2,000+ participating U.S. Panera Bread bakery-cafes and on panerabread.com and the Panera app, covering dine-in, takeout, drive-thru, Rapid Pick-Up, Curbside, and delivery. Physical gift cards contain no value until activated by the cashier at purchase. E-gift cards issued through Dyme or panerabread.com are activated automatically and ready to use once delivered.
Through Dyme, $10 to $100. Through panerabread.com or any Panera cafe register, $5 to $500 in whole-dollar increments.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Panera Bread gift cards have no expiration date and no dormancy or inactivity fees. The full value remains on the card until it is spent.
Enter the card number and PIN at panerabread.com/en-us/gift-cards/balance.html, check it inside the Panera app once the card is linked, or call 1-877-218-5366. Cards without a PIN must be checked in person at any bakery-cafe. Check your Panera Bread balance
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Catering: yes, gift cards apply to catering orders through Panera. Unlimited Sip Club: no. The beverage subscription is billed to a credit or debit card on a recurring basis and cannot be paid from a gift card balance.
No. Panera gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any qualifying order, and may be redeemed for cash only where state law requires it for small balances.
The value is generally not replaced -- Panera treats gift cards like cash. However, if you have proof of purchase, call 1-877-218-5366 immediately; Panera may replace the unredeemed balance in limited circumstances with adequate documentation.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Panera runs a corporate gift-card program for businesses with volume pricing and custom denominations on larger orders. Contact the Panera corporate gift-card team to start an order.
