Yes. Add each card's balance to your Papa John's account before checkout and the order draws from the combined balance, or hand multiple physical cards to the cashier. You can also combine a gift card with a credit card for any remainder.

Physical cards are activated at the store register at purchase. E-gift cards arrive active and ready to use -- enter the card number and PIN at checkout on papajohns.com, in the app, or by phone. No separate activation step is required.
Through Dyme, $5 to $500. Through papajohns.com directly, $5 to $500 in whole-dollar increments. Physical cards at restaurant counters run $5 to $100.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Papa John's gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until it is redeemed.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Papa John's gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any qualifying order at a participating restaurant or online.
Papa John's is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. For a physical card: email an image of the back to GiftCards@papajohns.com with your mailing address and they may issue a replacement. For an e-gift card: contact CashStar Customer Support at (877) 850-1977 with your confirmation email as proof -- if the code has not been redeemed, they can cancel the original and reissue it.
Yes. The card works at all participating US locations for delivery, carryout, online, in-app, and phone orders. International Papa John's franchises (UK, Latin America, etc.) do not accept US-issued cards.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Papa John's has a corporate gift-card program for volume orders with custom amounts and bulk invoicing, suited for employee rewards, client gifts, and promotions. Contact the Papa John's corporate gift-card team.
