Using your gift card
Yes. Each code adds to the prepaid balance on the account, so multiple gift cards stack toward future subscription renewals.
Go to paramountplus.com/redeem, sign in to (or create) a Paramount+ account matching the card's country, enter the PIN exactly as delivered, and select Redeem. The credit applies immediately to your account.
Physical cards sold in stores are activated at the register at the time of purchase. Digital codes delivered by email are active immediately -- go to paramountplus.com/redeem and enter the code, no separate activation required.
Through Dyme, $25, $50, and $100. The same amounts are typically available at Target, Walmart, and supermarket gift card racks.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. The gift card value does not expire and carries no service or dormancy fees. The credit stays on the account until it is used toward the subscription.
There is no separate card balance to check. Once you redeem the code at paramountplus.com/redeem, the value is applied as account credit toward your Paramount+ subscription. The remaining credit shows in your account settings. If you are new, create an account first; if existing, the credit goes toward upcoming renewals.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. An unredeemed code can be re-gifted, but redeemed credit cannot be transferred out or refunded.
Paramount+ is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Physical cards cannot be replaced. If your digital code was lost, contact Paramount+ support -- they may be able to resend the original email if you have proof of purchase.
Yes, typically. Once the prepaid balance is consumed, Paramount+ will renew using the payment method on file unless the recipient cancels before the renewal date. It is worth flagging this to the recipient.
