Yes, both in store and online. Petco does not publish a cap on how many cards can be stacked on a single purchase.
At 1,500+ Petco and Unleashed by Petco stores across the US, on petco.com, and in the Petco app. It also covers in-store services including grooming at Petco salons, training classes, and care at Vetco Total Care and Vetco Vaccination Clinics. Physical Petco gift cards are activated at the register at purchase. E-gift cards are active upon delivery -- enter the 19-digit card number and PIN at checkout online or in the app, no separate activation required.
Through Dyme, $10 to $200 in variable amounts. Through petco.com or Petco store registers, whole-dollar amounts in a comparable range.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Petco gift cards and eGift cards carry no expiration date and no dormancy or service fees. The balance stays intact whether it is used this weekend or a year from now.

Petco does not advertise a standard reload option for gift cards. If you need more value on a card, check at a Petco store register -- in practice most retailers with stored-value cards allow in-store reload, but Petco's published terms do not confirm this. Purchasing a new card is the safe path.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Petco gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted, applied to a purchase in store or online, or redeemed for services.
Petco gift cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed -- they are treated like cash. Call 1-800-853-7055 or visit any Petco store immediately if you believe the card was stolen; in some cases Petco can check whether the remaining balance has been used.
Yes. Petco gift cards work at Unleashed by Petco neighborhood stores as well as standard Petco locations and petco.com. They are not accepted at PetSmart, Chewy, or independent pet stores.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Petco runs a bulk gift-card program for businesses with custom denominations and invoicing for employee gifts, incentives, and client appreciation. Contact Petco's corporate gift-card team to start an order.
