Physical cards are activated at the register at purchase. E-gift cards issued through Dyme or pgatoursuperstore.com are active upon delivery and ready to use at checkout or in store.
Through Dyme, $25 to $200. Through pgatoursuperstore.com directly, $25 to $500 in whole-dollar increments.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. They never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until it is redeemed.
Yes. Enter the card number and PIN on the PGA TOUR Superstore balance page at pgatoursuperstore.com/golf-gift-cards-checkbalance/, or ask a cashier to check it in store. Check your PGA TOUR Superstore balance
No. PGA TOUR Superstore eGift cards cannot be reloaded. To add more value, purchase a new card.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to a future purchase.
PGA TOUR Superstore is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If you suspect your eGift card was copied or stolen, contact customer support at 888-200-7428 immediately -- any value that has not been used can potentially be re-issued to a new card with proof of purchase. Physical cards cannot be replaced without a record of the card number.
No. The card is valid only at PGA TOUR Superstore locations and pgatoursuperstore.com. It is not accepted at Golf Galaxy, Dick's Sporting Goods, PGA Tour Fan Shop, or other golf retailers.
Buying & corporate
Yes. The corporate program covers employee rewards, client gifts, and tournament prizes with volume options. Contact PGA TOUR Superstore's gift-card team to start an order.
